                          ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed

on record office order dated 12th October, 2022, whereby

the case of the petitioner has been rejected by the

respondent.

2. Since, the order of this Court was to consider

and decide the case of the petitioner in the light of the

judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in HRTC vs.

Lekh Ram, the consideration order has been passed.

3. In view of this, no further orders are required to

be passed. Petition is accordingly disposed of. However,

the petitioner is at liberty to assail the office order dated

12th October, 2022, if so advised.
