             This Civil Writ Petition coming on for admission this day,




    Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ravi Malimath, passed the following:

                                ORDER

Notice. Mr. Ranjan Sharma, learned Additional Advocate

General, accepts notice for the respondents.

The petitioner's counsel submits that the subject matter

involved herein is similar to the one as decided by this Court vide

the order dated 25.02.2020, passed in CWP No. 583 of 2020, titled

as Smt. Anita Devi versus State of H.P. and others, in terms

whereof the writ petition was disposed off with a direction to the

second respondent therein to consider the case of the petitioner in

the light of the aforementioned judgments therein.

In view of the directions for consideration, the same

order stands applicable to the petitioner also. Hence, this writ

petition is disposed off on the terms as ordered in the earlier writ

petition.
