The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer (History) in

GSSS Giaboung, District Kinnaur, HP has been transferred to

GSSS Deori Khaneti, District Shimla, H.P., has come up before

this Court, seeking quashing of the impugned office order dated

06.04.2021 (Annexure P-1).

2. Notice. Ms. Ritta Goswami, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf

of the respondents.

1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. The nature of order, we propose to pass in the present

petition, requires no response.

.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty

to the petitioner to make representation to the respondents/

competent authority within two weeks. On receipt of such

representation, the said respondents/ competent authority shall

decide the same in the light of the transfer policy occupying the

field particularly Clauses 5.5 and 16.1 thereof, within four weeks

thereafter. Till decision of the representation, office order dated

06.04.2021, Annexure P-1, shall remain stayed.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.
