On 26.2.2021, this Court passed the following order :

Issue notice. Mr. Vikas Rathore, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue in question is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP (T) No.6037 of 2008, titled 'H.P. Rajkiya Prathmik Anubandh

Adhyapak Sangh versus State of H.P and another', decided on 30.11.2010.

Confronted with this, learned Additional Advocate General sought time to obtain instructions."

In compliance to the aforesaid order, learned Additional

Advocate General, has placed on record communication, dated 15th March,

2021, the relevant portion reads as under :

It is submitted that as per information supplied by

the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Kangra, District Kangra, the benefit of pay scale of `4550/- plus allowances and arrear thereof, on the analogy of CWP (T) No.6037/2008 titled as H.P. Rajkiya Prathmik Anubandh

Adhyapak Sangh vs. State of H.P; amounting to `2,43,224/- has been paid to the petitioner vide Bill No.100324, dated 4.2.2021."

Confronted with this, learned vice counsel for the petitoner

seeks two weeks' time to obtain instructions. List for consideration on

5th April, 2021.
