This application has been filed on behalf of

applicants/respondents No. 3 and 4 for permitting them to represent

themselves in their own capacity after discharging their natural

guardian non-applicant/respondent No.1 Smt. Shanti Devi. Besides

Aadhar Cards, matriculation certificates, indicating their dates of birth

as 21.11.1989 and 6.12.1994 have been placed on record, which

indicate that these applicants/respondents have attained majority in

2007 and 2012.

In view of above, non-applicant/respondent No.1 Shanti

Devi is discharged and applicants are permitted to represent themselves

in their own capacity.

Application stands disposed of.

CMP No. 2239 of 2021

This application has been filed on behalf of

applicants/respondents No.1, 3 and 4 for release of amount of

compensation in their favour, in terms of final award dated 18 th

.

November, 2016 passed in FAO No. 398 of 2012. The application is

duly supported by affidavits of applicants.

No objection has been communicated for allowing the

application.

In view of above, amount of compensation for which

applicants/respondents No. 1, 3 and 4 are entitled, in terms of final

judgment, is ordered to be released in their favour along with up-to-

date interest by remitting the same in their bank accounts mentioned in

para 3 of application. Photocopies of front pages of their pass books

have also been placed along with this application.
