Careful perusal of office order dated 25.11.2019, passed
by the Executive Engineer, Shahnehar Project Division No.1, Sansarpur
Terrace, reveals that judgment sought to be implemented in the
instant proceedings already stands implemented and as such, nothing
remains to be adjudicated in the present petitions and accordingly
same are disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner(s)
to lay challenge to the aforesaid order passed in purported
compliance of judgment sought to be executed in the instant
proceedings, if required, by way of filing appropriate proceedings in
appropriate court of law.
