Learned senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment

passed by this Court in CWP No.2559 of 2018 and connected matters,

titled Smt. Vimla Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of

by directing the respondents to grant the similar relief to the petitioner

as was granted vide paragraph 15 to the petitioner in CWP No.2559 of

2018 of 2020 (supra).
