Notice to the respondent, returnable on 5th May, 2021, on

taking steps on or before 9th March, 2021, be issued.

Cr.MP No. 396 of 2021

Heard. Subject to deposit of entire compensation amount

in the Registry of this Court on or before 30 th April, 2021 and also

furnishing personal bond by petitioner in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with

one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court within

four weeks from today undertaking therein to be present in Court as

and when directed to do so and to surrender to serve sentence in case of

dismissal of revision petition, substantive sentence imposed upon the

petitioner vide judgment dated 25.6.2015 passed by learned Additional

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Sundernagar District Mandi, HP

in Criminal Complaint No. 101-1 of 2011 and affirmed by learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Sundernagar, District Mandi, vide judgment

dated 23.11.2020 in Cr. Appeal No. 199 of 2015, is suspended during

pendency of main revision petition. Failure in compliance of

conditions imposed, interim protection granted to petitioner shall stand

vacated.

The bail bonds, so furnished by applicant/petitioner, shall

be transmitted to the Registry of this Court for placing the same on

record. Alteration/vacation/modification on motion.

Application stands disposed of.

Petitioner may produce the downloaded copy of the order

passed by the Court before the Authorities concerned if required and

the concerned Authority shall not insist for the certified copy of order,

rather passing of order can be verified from the web-page of this Court.
