Order dated 04.01.2021 has not been complied

with. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that an

amount of Rs.2,15,00,000/- as awarded by the learned

Arbitrator under Claim No.1 (Rs.2,14,88,975/-) is being

deposited in the Registry of this Court during the course of

the day vide Cheque No.584426, dated 03.03.2021. For

depositing the amount as well as interest as awarded under

Claim Nos.2 and 3 by the learned Arbitrator, learned counsel

for respondent No.3 prays for four months' time. Since the

judgment debtor has shown its bonafides by undertaking to

deposit the amount under Claim No.1, therefore, the prayer

for extension of time to deposit the awarded amount under

Claim Nos.2 and 3 is extended by two months.

List on 6th May, 2021.
