In sequel to previous order dated 22.01.2021,

Mr. Vijay Arora, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents/BSNL, submits that in terms of Notification

dated 31.10.2008, vide Section 14(2) of the Administrative

Tribunals Act, 1985, jurisdiction of the BSNL is vested with

the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), this Court has

no jurisdiction and as such, the present petition is

dismissed, as not maintainable. However, liberty is
