Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner,

prima-facie this Court of the view that in case the petitioner has

any grievance with regard to the alleged omissions on the part of

authorities concerned with regard to the complaints etc. which

have been filed by the petitioner with them, then the appropriate

|Court for the petitioner is to approach the higher authorities.

2. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the

petitioner to approach the higher authorities and exhaust all

remedies. It is clarified that this Court has not made any

observations on the merit of the case.
