instructions, states that the judgment in question has been

assailed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of SLP

No. 9662/2020 and the same is now fixed for further

proceedings on 19.1.2021. His statement is taken on record.

Heard. The application, as prayed for, is allowed

and the entire award amount deposited in the registry of this

Court along with upto date interest be released in favour of

the applicant­Insurance Company by remitting the same to

its bank account, as given in para 4 of the application.

The application stands disposed of.
