Petitioner herein is seeking bail on the ground of parity as

co-accused Beli Ram has been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench

of this Court vide judgment dated 11.12.2020 passed in Cr.MP(M) No.

1756 of 2020.

Therefore, this matter is required to be listed before the
