with Section 151 of CPC for correction and clarification of

Judgment dated 16.12.2020 in CWP No.1746 of 2019 in paras

1 and 5. The application is allowed only with respect to opening

lines of para-1 of the judgment and now the same shall be read

as "the petitioners were not applicants in OA No.4260 of 2018

and connected matters before the erstwhile H.P. State

Administrative Tribunal". This order shall form of the judgment

dated 16.12.2020. Application stands disposed of.
