note on attestation of mutation of property of deceased Udham

Singh in favour of applicant-Gurbachan Singh.

No objection has been communicated for allowing

the application.

Being so, application is allowed and applicant-

Gurbachan Singh is ordered to be arrayed as respondent No.1(a)

in the matter.
