Mr. Sudhir Bhatnagar and Mr. Arvind Sharma, Additional Advocate Generals, with Mr. Kunal Thakur, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents/State.
By way of instant application, prayer has been
made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of
Execution Petition (T) No. 315 of 2020, which was disposed of
by this Court vide judgment 7th August, 2020. Perusal of
aforesaid judgment reveals that this court having taken note of
the statement of learned Additional Advocate General, that
judgment/order alleged to have been violated, if not complied
with, shall be complied with positively within two weeks,
disposed of the execution petition with the direction to
respondents to do the needful within two weeks. Since, no steps
whatsoever have been taken by the respondents towards
execution/implementation of judgment alleged to have not been
implemented, petitioner has approached this Court in the
instant proceedings, praying therein for revival of the
execution proceedings.
Learned Additional Advocate General while
seeking time to file reply to the application, prays for and is
granted ten days' time to implement/execute the judgment
sought to be executed in the present proceedings, failing which
this Court would be constrained to take appropriate steps for

attachment of properties of the Department and salaries of
Officer(s) responsible for delay in execution of judgment sought
to be executed in the instant proceedings.
