2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this

Court to make a representation to the respondents with regard to the

impugned transfer order. In view of the submission made, his request

is accepted. Petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the

respondents, within a period of one week from today, with regard to his

transfer in terms of Annexure P-2. Within a period of two weeks

thereafter, the respondents shall consider the representation of the
