By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of Execution Petition (T)
No. 96 of 2019. Having taken note of the undertaking given by Mr. Ajay Chauhan, learned counsel representing the non- applicants/respondents that judgment dated 25.3.2019 passed by
erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in OA No.1150 of 2019, if not, already implemented, shall be implemented within a period of two weeks, this Court disposed of aforesaid
execution petition reserving liberty to the applicant/petitioner to approach this Court again in case needful is not done within the time stipulated by this Court. Since needful in terms of aforesaid
judgment dated 5.12.2019 has been not done by the non-
applicants/respondents, applicant/petitioner has approached this Court in the instant proceedings.
Mr. Prashant Sharma, learned vice counsel
representing the non-applicants/respondents prays for and is granted further 10 days' time to do the needful in terms of judgment/order dated 25.3.2019, failing which, respondents shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.
