2 Present petition has been filed seeking direction to

the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner

dated 31.12.2020 submitted by petitioner to the Secretary

(Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh for his

transfer against either at vacant station or likely to be vacant,

mentioned in representation.

3 In view of order proposed to be passed, no reply or

instructions are necessary to be called for from the respondents.

4 Petitioner, on grounds explained in representation as

well as in petition, has submitted his representation for his

transfer. Representation is pending consideration with the

Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

5 In view of above, present petition is disposed of with

direction to respondent No.1 to pass an appropriate speaking and

reasoned order in response to representations of petitioner

mentioned herein-above on or before 20th March, 2021 in

accordance with Rules, Policy and law as applicable.

6 Needless to say that order shall be passed after

giving the personal hearing to petitioner, if desired so.
