Notice. Mr. Dinesh Thakur, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on

behalf of the respondents and seeks time to file reply.

2 Present petition has been filed seeking direction to

the respondents to transfer the petitioner as requested in his

representation dated 27.07.2020, Annexure P-3, submitted by

3 In view the nature of order proposed to be passed, no

reply or instructions are necessary to be called for from the

respondents.

4 Petitioner has sought his transfer from present place

of posting on the grounds stated in representation made by him

and also explained in petition.

5 In view of above, respondents are directed to decide

the representation of petitioner by passing a speaking and

reasoned order on or before 17 th March, 2021. Needless to say

that order shall be passed after giving the personal hearing to

petitioner, if desired so.

6. At this stage, learned Additional Advocate General

submits that representation, Annexure P-3, has been addressed

to the Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Shilla,

Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla, whereas the same is to be decided

by the Director, Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh.

7. Considering these submissions, the Principal GSSS

Shilla, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla is directed to transmit the

representation of petitioner to respondent No.2 henceforth for

consideration. In addition, petitioner is also at liberty to file a

fresh detailed representation before the Director, Elementary

Education, Himachal Pradesh directly on or before 25 th February,

2021.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly including any

pending application(s).
