Notice. Mr. Vinod Thakur, learned Additional Advocate

General, Mr. Vinod Chauhan and Mr. Tara Singh Chauhan, learned

counsel appear and waive service of notice on behalf of respondents

No. 1 to 3 respectively.

2. The parties are ad idem that the dispute in this matter is

covered by the judgments dated 10.09.2019 passed by this Court in

CWP No. 849 of 2019, titled 'Priyanka Devi vs. State of H.P. &

others and CWP No. 4279 of 2019 titled Mukesh Rana vs.

State of Himachal Pradesh and others. In view of this,

directions and observations contained in the aforesaid judgments

shall apply to this case also mutatis mutandis.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the

pending application(s), if any.
