Having carefully perused status report filed by the

respondent-State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

permission to withdraw present petitions with liberty to file

afresh at an appropriate stage.

2. As per information imparted to this court, all the

petitioners have surrendered in the Police Station concerned.

Needless to say, police shall not unnecessarily harass the

petitioners.

3. In view of above, all the petitions are disposed of with

liberty as afore-stated.
