This petition under Sections 14 and 15 of the Arbitration

and Conciliation Act, 1996, is filed seeking for substitution of the

Arbitrator. An Arbitrator was appointed in terms of the order dated

27.09.2019. Till today, the award has not been passed.

2. It is undisputed that the Arbitrator has time till

19.01.2022 to submit his award. Hence, I do not find any ground for

replacement of the said Arbitrator. The petition is accordingly
