The petitioner, who was working with the respondent

Corporation as MDH, HPTDC and retired as such on 30.05.2020,

has come up before this Court seeking release of his retiral

benefits i.e. gratuity, leave encashment along with statutory

interest.

2. Notice. Mr. Naresh Kaul, Advocate appears and

waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the nature of the order, we propose to

pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Given the prayers in the petition, let the respondents

release the admissible retiral benefits, in accordance with law.

to approach this Court again, in case he still feels aggrieved and

dissatisfied. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand

disposed of.
