It is informed on behalf of respondents that State of Himachal Pradesh

has assailed the order dated 17.6.2019 passed by erstwhile H.P. State

Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 2306 of 2016 for violation whereof

present petition has been filed. It is further submitted that operation and

implementation of aforesaid judgment dated 17.6.2019 has been stayed

by the High Court vide order dated 1.9.2020 passed in CMP No. 8390 of

2020 in CWP No. 3344 of 2020.

2. In view of above, at this stage, nothing survives to be

adjudicated.

Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes

3. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner may be given liberty to approach the Court if occasion arise to

do so. The petitioner has every right to file petitions, including filing of

.

fresh Contempt Petition, if occasion arisen to do so for redressal of its

grievance and for such purpose, in my considered opinion, no liberty is

required.

4. With the aforesaid observations, petition is closed and

disposed of.
