for the petitioner restricts his plea for a direction to respondent No.2

to consider the representation, vide Annexure P-1, since the same

has not been considered as on date. Respondents have no

objection to the same.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off

with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation of
