CONCILIATION ORDER
1. With the consent of the parties, this matter was
taken up for hearing in the Lok Adalat.
2. Learned advocate for the appellant has tendered
withdrawal purshis which is taken on record. He seeks
permission to withdraw the appeal as per the purshis.
3. Permission as prayed for is granted. In view of the
purshis submitted by learned advocate for the appellant,
this appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Connected
Civil Application shall stand disposed of.
4. Since the appeal is withdrawn, the award amount, if
any, lying with the bank in the form of FDs/ lying
either with the Tribunal or with the Nazir Branch of the
Tribunal may be disbursed in favour of the claimant
after due verification by way of RTGS.
