1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has very fairly submitted that the issue raised in the writ petition as well as the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 11.08.2023 passed in the Letters Patent Appeal No.724 of 2023 and group of matters.

2. Thus, the delay of 339 days is condoned. The present civil application for condonation of delay is allowed. The Letters Patent Appeal is taken up today. Registry to give pacca number to the Letters Patent Appeal.
