When the matter is called out, learned advocate Mr.

Amit Nanavati for the respondent has tendered the judgment

dated 28.12.2023 passed in Regular Civil Suit No.7 of 2012

by the learned Principal Civil Judge, Bahuchariji, which is

In view of the above, learned advocate for the petitioner

submits that matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the

present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
