When the matter is called out and on inquiry

about the stage of trial, learned advocate Ms.Chauhan for the

applicant has submitted that now the proceedings before the

learned trial court are at the stage of passing of judgment

and order.

In view of the above, this court is of the opinion

that the present application filed for transfer of proceedings

is not required to be entertained at this stage. Hence, the

same is rejected.
