Present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 23 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment and order dated 4.8.2023 passed by learned 2 nd Addl. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bharuch in Criminal Case No.786 of 2022 vide Exh.41.

Considering the explanation offered in the application as well as length of delay i.e. of 23 days in filing the criminal appeal, this Court deems it fit to allow the application.

Hence, this application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
