When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 19.9.2022 passed

in C.C. No.2646 of 2007 by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial

Magistrat, Jhagadia, which is taken on record. In view of the

this, learned advocate Mr. Nitinkumar V. Chaudhary for

learned advocate for the applicant, on receiving instructions

from his client, submits that matter has become infructuous

as proceedings of criminal case is over and therefore, he does

not press this application.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not

pressed. Notice stands discharged. Interim relief, if any,

granted earlier stands vacated.
