2. This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 13.10.2010 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Kheda at Nadiad in M.A.C.P. No.1518 of 2008 for the compensation granted of Rs.1,21,811/-.

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The Appeal,
