It is jointly submitted by learned counsels for the parties that the matter has been amicably settled. Terms of settlement duly signed by both the counsels for the petitioner as well as respondent is taken on record.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the impugned judgment and award dated 08.08.2017 passed by the learned Labour Court, Valsad in Reference (LCV) No.196 of 2002 stands modified accordingly.
