for the respondent upon instructions states that

2. In view of aforesaid statement, learned advocate

appearing for the opponent requested to disposed

of the present civil revision application as

having become infructuous.

3. Learned advocate Mr. Bharat R. Pandya appearing

for the respondent submitted that he has

informed the learned advocate Mr. Nilesh Pandya

appearing for the applicant about the same and

learned advocate Mr. Nilesh Pandya has no

objection if, the present civil revision

application is disposed of as having become

infructuous.

4. In view of that present civil revision

application stands disposed of as withdrawn as

having become infructuous.

5. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
