1. Pursuant to the order dated 6.6.2023, the officer - Mr. P.M.Chauhan, Registrar is present before this Court.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court earlier, learned Advocate Mr. D.G.Chauhan appearing for Opponent Nos. 1 and 2 has tendered communication / order dated 12.6.2023 whereby the benefits arising out of the judgment and order, of which the compliance is sought, has been sanctioned, and accordingly, the same will be paid.

2.1 Accordingly, the Respondent Authorities are directed to pay the necessary benefits within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above, learned Advocate for the Applicant does not press the present Application at this stage with liberty to revive in case the order is not complied with.
