When the matter is called out, learned APP has placed

on record a copy of judgment dated 15.09.2022 passed by the

learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shihori in Criminal

Case No.798 of 2015 pursuant to the FIR, which is subject

matter of the present application.

In view of the above, the learned advocate appearing for

the applicant does not press this application and seeks

permission to withdraw the same.

Permission as prayed for is granted. The present

application is disposed of as withdrawn. A copy of judgment

dated 15.09.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate

First Class, Shihori in Criminal Case No.798 of 2015 is taken

on record. Rule is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier

stands vacated forthwith.
