1. Learned AGP, on instructions from Mr. J.T.Bhaudhoriya, Under

Secretary, Education Department, Gandhinagar has submitted that the

directions issued by this Court vide judgment and order dated 2 nd May 2022

passed in the captioned writ petition will be implemented within a period of six

weeks.

2. Accordingly, the Respondent shall grant the benefits arising out of the

judgment and order dated 2nd May 2022 passed in the captioned writ petition

within a period of six weeks.

3. In case the benefits are not paid / granted, it will be open for the

Applicant / Original Petitioner to revive the present Application by filing a

simple Note before the Registry.
