Learned advocate Mr.Jit Patel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Letters Patent Appeal stating that limited grievance sought to be addressed in respect of the impugned judgment and order of learned Single Judge, was with regard to continuity of service.

2. Learned advocate for the appellant stated, on instructions, that the appellant would agitate the said grievance in separate proceedings, if so advised.

3. The Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty reserved as above, however, without expressing any
