When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Kamdar, for learned advocate Mr. Ashish M. Dagli for the applicant placed on record the judgment delivered by the Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chotila passed in Criminal Case No. 564 of 2013, which arose from First Information Report being C.R.No.3052 of 2013 registered with Chotila Police Station. Considering the said aspect, he submits to dispose of this matter.

Considering the submissions of learned advocate Mr.Kamdar, the present application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
