                    ORAL ORDER

Shri Rahul Shah, Director of the petitioner company and the respondent Smt. Taraben Parsottamdas are personally present in the Court. Both the learned advocates have identified their clients. It is jointly submitted by learned advocates for the parties that the parties have arrived at out of court settlement and in view of the settlement, a cheque No.769258 dated 26.04.2023 of Rs.30,000/- of Bank of Baroda, Navrangpura Branch, Ahmedabad is handed over to the respondent Smt. Taraben Parsottamdas and the same is accepted by the respondent. It is agreed that the said amount is towards the full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the impugned judgment and award dated 22.02.2008 stands modified. The present Special Civil Application is disposed of in terms of the settlement and the payment as made to the respondent.
