For the reasons recorded in then judgment dictated today, the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to pass the following order:-

"In view of the aforesaid discussion, the appeal is allowed. The impugned judgment and order dated 30.09.2013 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Amreli in Sessions Case No.42 of 2011 is quashed and set aside. Bail bonds of the appellants stand discharged. The appellants are hereby set at liberty, if not required in any other offense. R& P to be sent back to the concerned trial Court.
