When the matter was called out, Ms.Jirga Jhaveri, learned APP has placed on record the report as well as the judgment and order of the acquittal passed by the learned Sessions Court in Sessions Case (POCSO) No.83 of 2014, whereby the sole accused-petitioner herein has been acquitted from the charges by the learned Sessions Court vide its judgment and order dated 28.09.2018.

In view of this, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
