The present appeal is allowed. The impugned judgment and order dated 10.03.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO) and 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Panchmahal at Godhra in Special (POCSO) Case No. 27 of 2015 is hereby quashed and set aside. The appellant

- original accused is acquitted from the charges levelled against him for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(h) etc of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The appellant is ordered to be set at liberty forthwith if not required in connection with any other case. Fine, if any, paid
