1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 16.01.2013 passed

below Exhibits 204 and 205 in Regular Civil Suit No.279

of 2004.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 04.07.2018, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed. Interim relief, if any,

stands vacated.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
