1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 14.05.2015 passed

below Exhibit 36 in Special Civil Suit No.105 of 2014.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 12.03.2020, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed. Interim relief, if any,

stands vacated.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
