1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 14.07.2015 passed

below Exhibit 6 in Civil Appeal No.1 of 2015.

2. The appeal itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 28.06.2021, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed. Interim relief, if any,

stands vacated.
