1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 10.12.2012 passed

below Exhibit 44 in Regular Civil Suit No.43 of 2010.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 06.04.2017, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed. Interim relief, if any,

stands vacated.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
