filed challenging the order dated 28.02.2019 passed

below Exhibit 152 in Regular Civil Suit No.337 of 1996.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 12.07.2019, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands

consigned to records.
