ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent - State.
2. This application is preferred by the applicant - convict through jail seeking parole leave of 21 days for filing an Appeal before this Court against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed by the Sessions Court.
3. From the perusal of the jail remarks placed on record, it appears that the convict has moved an application for furlough on 29.03.2022, which is yet pending before the concerned Authority. Under such circumstances, the concerned Authority is directed to consider the application of the convict for furlough within a period of one week from today in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, the application seeking parole leave is not entertained and stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
